DoLoyalty provides a digital loyalty card platform that allows customers to earn and redeem punch card and points-based rewards at participating local businesses. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use DoLoyalty. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You may not use DoLoyalty to: violate any applicable law; engage in fraud or abuse; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — customer or business — at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or its users. Accrued rewards have no cash value and may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
DoLoyalty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service, and we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any participating business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoLoyalty and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including loss of rewards, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
